Refunds

If an account breaks the rules — creating multiple accounts, or using any script, bot or automated tool against the service — it is terminated and refunded in full against the most recent succeeded payment.

Ordinary refunds (without termination) are issued by the operator case by case. Refunding does not automatically end access; revoke is a separate decision.

Disbursements go to mobile money and can fail. Failed payouts stay visible and can be retried.
